Anti-Human SCGF-α-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. 3.GMP級別重組人VEGF165 產品描述:VEGF is a potent growth and angiogenic cytokine. It stimulates proliferation and survival of endothelial cells, and promotes angiogenesis and vascular permeability. Recombinant Human VEGF165 is a 38.2 kDa, disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of two 165 amino acid polypeptide chains. 4.無動物成份重組牛FGF-basic 產品描述:FGF‐basic is one of 23 known members of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF‐basic is a non‐glycosylated, heparin‐binding growth factor that is expressed in the brain, pituitary, kidney, retina, bone, testis, adrenal gland, liver, monocytes, epithelial cells and endothelial cells. FGF‐basic signals through FGFR 1b, 1c, 2c, 3c and 4. Recombinant Bovine FGF‐basic is a 17.1 kDa protein consisting of 154 amino acid residues. 5.重組大鼠FGF-10 產品描述:FGF‐10 is a heparin‐binding growth factor that belongs to the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF‐10 is most related to KGF/FGF‐7, and is expressed during the development and, preferentially, in adult lungs. It signals through FGFR 2b.
